A 30-minute call to understand your business, your goals, and what’s not working right now. No pitch, no pressure — just a conversation to figure out whether and how we can help. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so.
Proposal
A written scope matched to your situation — what we’ll build or manage, what it costs, and what the timeline looks like. Fixed pricing wherever possible. No ambiguous hourly billing.
Build or Kickoff
For Foundations: a structured build timeline with clear milestones and defined review points. You’ll know what’s happening at every stage. For Presence: an onboarding call, shared workspace setup, and your first content cycle within the first week.
Delivery
Foundations projects end with a handoff call, training on how to manage your site, and everything you need to operate independently. Presence retainers deliver on a consistent monthly cycle — no chasing, no wondering what’s coming.
Ongoing
Presence retainers continue month to month after the initial 3-month term. Foundations clients have access to add-on support as needed. The relationship doesn’t end at launch.
