About speedyellow.

Automotive digital, built from the operator side.

Speedyellow is a digital studio built specifically for automotive businesses — detailing shops, body shops, wrap and styling studios, and aftermarket ecommerce brands. Not a general agency that added “automotive” to a service page.

The model is intentionally lean. One operator, a vetted contractor network for fulfillment, and a build-and-partner approach that keeps overhead low and quality high. Clients work directly with the person doing the work — not a coordinator, not an account manager.

The focus is on two things: building digital infrastructure that converts, and maintaining a consistent online presence that compounds over time. Websites and ecommerce stores on Webflow and Shopify. Content, social, and Google Business Profile management structured around how automotive businesses actually operate.

The operator background is what separates Speedyellow from a studio that’s good at design but guessing at the business context.

The founder brings over 10 years of hands-on automotive digital experience — not agency-side, but operator-side. Currently holding full digital ownership at a multi-brand automotive wholesale operation, managing ecommerce, Google Shopping, Amazon, paid media, social, and marketing automation across multiple brands simultaneously.

Beyond the day job: Our Speedways, a short track racing media brand built from zero, now with 100k+ followers across platforms. Royal Autoworks, an automotive ecommerce brand built and operated end-to-end. These aren’t consulting engagements — they’re businesses built, owned, and run.

That operator background is what separates Speedyellow from a studio that’s good at design but guessing at the business context. The digital decisions here get made by someone who understands the operational side of automotive — inventory constraints, seasonal demand, what a detailer’s customer is actually looking for versus a body shop’s, and why most automotive websites leave money on the table.

Why speedyellow exists

The gap we saw.

Automotive businesses are underserved by generalist agencies. The shops, brands, and teams in this industry need digital partners who already understand what they do — not someone who needs the business explained to them before the work can start.

speedyellow was built specifically for this. Not as a pivot or a niche play — as a deliberate decision to work in the one industry where the background actually matters.

The studio

One dedicated operator. A network of vetted specialists.

speedyellow is built around direct access. You work with RJ — the person who owns the strategy, makes the calls, and is accountable for the work. No account managers passing messages. No coordinators between you and the person who knows what they're doing.

Where the work requires specialists — brand designers, photographers, videographers, ads managers — we bring in vetted contractors who know automotive. The network is curated, not a marketplace. Every person who touches your work has been selected for this kind of client.

Specialist network

  • Brand Design Visual identity, logo, and brand systems.
  • Photography Product, vehicle, and shop photography.
  • Videography Reels, walkthroughs, and brand video.
  • Paid Media Google, Meta, and Amazon ad management.

Before you reach out

A few things worth knowing.

The background

10+ years in automotive digital — operator-side, not agency-side. Currently running full digital for a multi-brand automotive wholesale operation. That context shows up in the work.

The model

Client count is intentionally limited. Work gets done by the person who sold it — not handed off to a coordinator you've never met.

The process

Every engagement starts with a 30-minute discovery call. No pitch, no pressure. If it's not a fit, we'll say so.
